Windows 10: Dragging photos from "Pictures" file to Memories on TV

Can't drag photos from my "Pictures" files to Memories on TV....

I would like to ask if the option to keep files and settings was selected at the time of roll back to previous version.

Also, some files may be hidden. So, I suggest you to check the size of the drive where the photos were saved. If the files are hidden, suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type/ (copy & paste) the below command line.

Attrib –h –r –s /s /d D:*.* (Replace the letter ”D” with the drive letter where the photos were saved)

Check if the photos are available.

For the ID picture on sign-in, can set it again by following the steps below:

• Go to PC Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• In the right pane, click on Browse under Add a Picture.
• Select the desired picture and click on OK.

You can combine pictures by moving the photos from one folder to another using the copy/paste or drag method.

Method 1: Copy/Paste

• Open the file location of the photos.
• Select all the photos you want to combine.
• Right-click on it and select Copy. (Keyboard shortcut is
  Ctrl + C.)
• Open the folder you want to move the photos then right click on a blank space and select
  Paste. (Paste's keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + V.)
• Repeat steps until all photos are saved in the same folder.

Method 2:

• Open the original file folder of the photos and the folder where you will move the photos side-by-side.
• Select all the photos you want to move then drag them using your mouse or touchpad.
• Repeat steps if necessary.

Unable to unzip pictures to windows photo viewer

Hi Carol,

you might face such issues if the file is zipped.

I suggest you to unzip the file and check.

To do so follow the steps below.

Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.

• To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select
  Extract All, then follow the instructions.
• To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.
