    I can't seem to log in with Microsoft store in the game "Dragon City". Could I get any help because it is locking me out of that account saying: Connection Error, even though I have a stable internet connection?

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. Here are some things you can try.

    1. Search Apps and Features

    Open Apps and Features

    From the list find your game Dragon City

    Click Dragon City to select

    then click Advanced Options

    Click Repair

    and then Reset

    Open the game and try to link again your Facebook account.

    2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Game

    Open Apps and Features

    From the list find your game Dragon City

    Click Dragon City to select

    then click Advanced Options

    Select Uninstall

    Then download the game again in Microsoft Store

    Open the game and try to link again your Facebook account.

    3. If that didn't work. I would suggest posting the problem on their Forums.

    I bought $49.00 worth of coins for the Dusk vs Dawn event. I thought that there would be enough activity to justify the expense. I have contacted Dragon City to get an answer on if they would refund the 38,000 coins I have left over or if they would
    roll it over to a new event. They say that they will not refund or roll over - how can I get a refund as I paid for those coins in good faith.
