Windows 10: Dragon Naturally Speaking Software - Windows 10 setup - help!

Hi, I have just purchased Dragon Naturally Speaking Voice recognition software for my 14 year old dyslexic daughter. I have installed it but have received the following error message: "Cannot find multi-media device. Check to see if your computer has a sound card or if the multi-media wave-in component is missing from the sound card". It is a brand new HP laptop with built in band & olufsen speakers. My daughters school advised I should purchase the laptop to support her education and recommended the dragon software, they also insisted I purchased a windows 10 platform. The store also assured me it was the best laptop to support the software and actually showed it to me in the store as a staff member was also dyslexic and used the same laptop & software. I cannot however seem to replicate this now at home. All advice welcome. I'm trying to set it up so she can use it in school fro assessments this week.

You'll succeed if you install a version of Dragon Naturally Speaking that Nuance supports on Windows 10, even if that means buying it. (And Naturally Speaking isn't cheap.)

If Nuance supports your version of DNS on Windows 10, you're guaranteed that it will install and work properly (because Nuance has tested it) and that Nuance technical support will help you.
