    Drawing/Graphics tablet not working


    Hi there,I am trying to make my own font on Microsoft Font Maker on my laptop with an old Wacom Drawing Tablet Model ET-0405A-U. I connect it to my laptop wired USB connection and open Font Maker. I go over to the A and try to write it with the pen on the tablet. Nothing happens. I tried reopening the app. Still nothing. I open up Settings, then Devices, and I see that my computer thinks it is a mouse. Did a little research on good ol' Google, found out that Font Maker only supports drawing tablets. Please help, laptop model is Lenevo ideapad 100S.

    listed below and see if it works.

    To make your drawing tablet work with Windows 10,

    • Simply connect the ISM 2.4G USB receiver into your computer to start drawing
      wirelessly. Else, connect the tablet to your computer with the USB cable provided.
    • Download the latest driver from the
      XP PEN website      , for the tablet to function.
    • After successful installation of driver, a driver icon will appear in your system tray and on your desktop. If the driver isn’t present,
      Uninstall the driver and Reboot the machine before you
      repeat the same steps.

    Drawing tablets not working with windows 10

    I am having a strange issue with my graphics tablets on my PC. Yes, multiple drawing tablets are not working with my brand new PC. I have narrowed it down to Windows, as there is nothing wrong with my drivers. It is irritating me as I have spent hours
    to fix this and had no luck. My problem is that my drawing tablets work SOME of the time. When certain applications are open, it does not accept any input. The tablet does work when these applications are closed. I have uninstalled drivers, reinstalled them,
    and done just about every single thing I could find. And no luck. Can someone please help me out here? Thanks so much.

    Hi Rowan,

    Based on the fact that you just started drawing again with your graphic tablet, this sounds like a driver issue. To resolve, we suggest downloading and installing the latest driver from the manufacturer website.
