    Drifting cursor with a brand new Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse


    I just bought the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard & mouse set. When the mouse is turned on, the cursor drifts to the top right of my screen. I've restarted, checked the batteries, made sure there's no lint confusing the mouse's optics, moved the receiver to a different port, installed the Mouse and Keyboard Center, updated USB-related drivers, and it still drifts.


    The keyboard works fine with the same receiver. The wired mouse I have doesn't drift.


    Windows 10 1903. Did I spent $120 to get a broken mouse?

    New Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

    My previous Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse has the rubber on the side coming off. Purchased a new mouse, same kind. Now the new mouse works fine but now the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard is not working. Will the new ergonomic mouse work with my 'old'
    ergonomic keyboard? If so, what do I need to do?

    difference between Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business.

    Hello all!

    I was looking for the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse when I saw that there are two versions of it: Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse (L6V-00001) and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business ( 5LV-00001).
    From the description, it seems like they are the same device.

    Is there any difference between the two except the name?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to connect a wireless Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse (L6V-00002) with a wireless receptor (the wireless key) from another mouse of the exact same model? I lost my wireless key, but manage to find another from another broken Sculpt Ergonomic
    mouse.
