Windows 10: Drive D: missing!!

I need help. for some reason, the update made my laptop not detect my Drive D: anymore. It's not on the disk management as allocated, and it's not even on the system BIOS. I've also tried reinstalling windows 10 but somehow Drive D: just went and disappeared from my Laptop and Only the ssd is left.

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.

Woke up to a missing D Drive

I keep my files on a D Drive (Internal Hard Drive) on a Dell Desktop

I woke to have the entire drive either deleted or missing

Under Disk Management it DOES NOT show up

I DONOT have a restore point unfortunately

Please walk me through steps to get this back
