Windows 10: Drive E:\ Location is not available

My whole documents folder has been rendered inaccessible. I was trying to move some folders from my phone to my laptop when my phone got disconnected halfway through the transfer. After I phone is securely reconnected, I get this error when trying to access documents. I'm not completely sure but I believe that all my folders used to be in disk C:, now they are on E: disk, which doesn't exist and probably never existed. Based on what I've read online, the problem may have been caused because of the phone abruptly disconnecting. How can I solve this problem and recover all my files which were mo

Changed the 'downloads' location to E-Drive. Couldn't reverse!!

But the problem is whenever I click the properties of Downloads
folder, it is showing the properties dialog box of E-drive partition. How could I solve this?

I suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps and check if that helps:

• Right Click on Downloads folder.
• Click on Properties.
• Select Location tab.
• Click on Move and choose your location.

I'm running Windows 10 on an ASUS ROG g750j; a laptop. It has 4 drives, C:\, D:\, E:\ and F:\, and up until this morning, they were all working, including last night, when I used the laptop last. Over the night, nothing happened/interacted with my laptop.
This morning, only C:\ and F:\ are working, and I can't find the other two in Disk Management. I've tried restarting my computer to no avail.
