Windows 10: Drive Error's is a World Wide Problem Now affecting All computers around the Globe

I would like to bring to your atenion that windows 10 is broken and has been for a long time on ALL pc's around the world from my testing this has now got worse to the point of me shuting down my pc and 2 mins later the pc switches its self back on .. Upon my testing it comes back with Drive Errors .. So ive tryed to fix with 1/ Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth 2/ SFC /SCANNOW and comes back with errors then ive Run in Local disk properties Error checking on drive C: and it comes back with Repair this drive We have found errors .. Then i run the Fix ect Re-boot and gets to 24% an

World Wide Tour

Hi guys, As of this morning, I am unable to download World Wide Tour. Is anyone else having this problem?

 

CD drive error

1) Close all open programs
2) Click on Start, Run, and type REGEDIT and press Enter
3) Click on the plus signs (+) next to the following folders

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
Class
{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
4) This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.

UpperFilters
LowerFilters
UpperFilters.bak
LowerFilters.bak
5) If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose Delete
6) After deleting the keys, close the Registry Editor
7) Reboot your computer
8) Open My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone.

And it likely has something to do with the emulated drive you have listed there.

 

World wide web services

Unable to turn off World Wide Web services and therefore unable to turn off IIS. I keep getting "0x800F0922" error code. I have tried everything with in the forums and nothing seems to work. Is there a fix?
