• Have you tried using a third party software to manage the disk partition?
• Did you format the drive?

We suggest that you check for the drive in the Disk Management and look if it appears. Follow these steps:

• Log on as administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
• Press Windows+R key and type diskmgmt.msc and then click OK.

Look if the Drive F: appears and check if it is unallocated.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + W, type “file history” and select the “File history’ icon with folder icon.
• The File history window might take a minute to show all the options after searching for connected drives.
• Click on ‘Advanced settings’ in the left pane.
• Click on ‘Open File History logs to view recent events or error’ option.
• Now check if there is any error logs with event ID 204.
