Windows 10: Drive full after reset

Might be a very easy solution to this, but I have no idea how to fix this:I recently realised that I had installed a virus onto my PC so had to reset it, but I chose the option to keep my files. After the reset, I went about downloading the required apps etc again and as I am trying to reinstall my games, my driver shows that I have used up around 1.7 TB of space already, despite having no games installed yet as these were all removed. All the folders for games I previously had are there but can't seem to find any launcher or app in these folders and when installing a game on steam, it shows t

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to Reset the computer using Windows 10 ISO and check if it helps.

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Troubleshoot.
• In the troubleshoot screen, click on Reset this PC.
• Select the desired option and follow the steps to Reset the PC and check for status.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
