Discus and support Drive management in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My C Drive is too full, largely with photos I think. External hard drive not showing up on Win Explorer or Disk Management

External hard drive shows up on device manager but no where else. Not disk management & no where else. Drivers updated, etc. Nothing. I do not need the info on the disk.
