Windows 10: drive reaching 100% usage at low speed, specifically after reaching windows 10 update 20H2,...

HI.i am trying to make a clean windows 10 install on a laptop ASUS R752LJIt has an i7 5500U, 4G ram, a 920m, a SATA SSD MQ01ABD100 1T.The windows installation works fine, i install the drivers from the ASUS laptops's page, still fine.But, once i install the windows 10 update 20H2, the driver usage reach 100% at ridiculously low speed, and the process to update to windows 22H2 seems stuck in the windows update window

SSD usage reaching 100%

Hey, so this problem has been happening for a while now, only just now writing this. Whenever I play Grand Theft Auto V, this triggers the issue: my SSD usage keeps reaching 100% and freezing my game. This is whenever I travel around the map in a car,
plane, etc. I don't think this has anything to do with GTA V, as my computer runs the game at a great performance. Was just wondering if there was anything I could do to combat this?

 

SSD usage reaches 100% after the computer resumes from sleep mode

May I ask why every time the computer resumes from sleep mode, the SSD usage reaches 100%, and then becomes very laggy. Then I opened task manager, I found there is no write or read operations, and it only showed the usage rate is 100%...? P.S. I also found that before entering the sleep mode, Windows will quickly display the login screen first, then the screen will turn black and enter the sleeping state. I don't know if it is relative to the issue.

 

Windows 10 version 20H2 will reach end of servicing on May 10, 2022
