Windows 10: drive repair stuck at 100% causing bluescreen

this is the 2nd time now where I boot my pc like normal, and windows immediately starts a drive scan and repair on my C drive, and then gets stuck at 100% complete. I followed what other posts said to do and hard shut down my pc, and after starting my pc again it blue screens after i get to my desktop with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION stop code and says that cldflt.sys failed. after rebooting it brings me to the windows recovery screen. after that my pc works normally. the first time this happened was after a windows update, this time I don't think there was one. anything I can do to fix this?

Scanning and Repairing drive (C: stuck at 100%

I restarted my Lenovo laptop the other day to its factory settings, and it's been stuck at 100% for Scanning and repairing drive (C since yesterday when I woke up. So it's basically been stuck for an entire 24+ hours at 100%. What do I do?

 

Resetting Windows 10 "Scanning and repairing drive C" stuck at 100%

After updating Windows 10, I've been having an issue where a game I played crashed constantly. After realizing there was no solution, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 and start from scratch.

After waiting for hours, Windows finally got to the second step. It's been stuck on "Scanning and repairing drive (C: 100% complete" for almost 5 hours. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't want to reset the computer and start all over. Is there a
solution to this?

 

Scanning and Repairing Drive C 100% Complete - STUCK

OK... I went in and checked the results of a CHKDSK. The only thing that I could see that was puzzling was that I saw this:

WARNING! /F parameter not specified.

So I did this check...





F: is a DVD drive as is E:

You can see that they come up differently and I'm not sure why a DVD drive would come up as NTFS.

Could the CHKDSK be hanging up due to CHKDSK seeing the F: as NTFS?

My Computer shows it correctly:





I went into Computer Management and everything looks good too.

I ran Macrorit Diskscanner on my c: and it came back as fine, no damage. (100% good)

The only issue that I know about my c: is that when I first purchased it, it had 1 bad block. When I contacted the manufacturer, they stated that 1 bad block is OK. I have had the SSD for a few years now and never had an issue with it. the bad block does come up in Acronis Drive Monitor under Reallocated Sectors Count as Degradation, but the health is good at 98%.
