Windows 10: Drive showing up 0 bytes on every directory

I can't access any files inside this drive, it shows up "0 bytes" everywhere. When I open the treesize tool, it doesn't show all of the files. I've already had a problem like this, but it has been working fine all this time. I don't know how to fix this, can anyone help me or explain what is happening?Thank you for your help,FrancescoCiappinaScreenshots - Treesize -

DVD Disk showing 0 bytes.

I brought new DVD of 4.7 GB, but after inserting it, it is sometimes not recognizing and when recognizing it is not showing any size,

as well as when I clicked on properties it is showing 0 bytes, I exchanged DVD but issue persists.

One more thing when I inserted disk at very first, it showed 4.38 GB blank space but after rebooting it is showing 0 bytes.

The disk is recognizing properly but the "Size bar" which is generally below the name of Disk not showing.

Also I tried to Add Files but the disk drive is ejecting and coming out.

My system:

Dell Inspiron 15R 5521

Windows 8.1 x64bit

 

Deleting empty directories and 0 byte files

Is it save and should I delete empty directories and 0 byte files just to clean things up? If it is a good idea is there a tool to find them?

 

Windows System backup completed succesfully shows 0 bytes

Windows System Image backup completed succesfully shows 0 bytes on external hard drive backup folder.

Is this normal?
