Windows 10: Driver download help?

i have a ASUS Vivobook i am trying to download drivers for my Arduino board but my computer is blocking it saying its not a Microsoft app. my research is saying to change where it downloads from in the app settings but i don't have that option. I need help.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

after install drivers download last bios it will be useful with overclock and raid support , it's easy you just need an flash stick

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Press Windows +X, Select Device Manger.
  
• 
  Select the device and right click on it and Update the drivers.
  

IF you don’t find the driver there, I suggest you check the driver with your manufacturer web site and download and install.
