Windows 10: Driver error on UBS headset

It says ”driver error” for the razer kraken v3, i tried updating the headphones drivers and it still didnt worknot only it says ”driver error”, but razer synapse wont detect themI have tried everthing i could find on the internet but nothing seems to work.I have also did a troubleshoot for the audio devicies and it said ”generic audio driver detected”

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

Thanks, I have tried the troubleshoot options on internet but no success including suggested above multiple time.

HELP - Deleted UBS Drivers

On Friday night when I started mt shutdown, i received a message "install updates and shutdown" which I did. This morning, Saturday, my mouse and Fitbit doigal was not working. I checked the device manager and saw mesages saying that the drivers had been
installed and deleted. There was an Error Code 28. How do recover/reinstall new drivers - the UBS Receiver is still resident under devices.
