Windows 10: Driver error ps4 usb generic controller Windows 10 2004

I just got a new PC and i conect a old ps4 generic usb controller that doesn't work only in this computer, its with Windows 10 2004 fully update. In all others PCs in my house it works just fine, but only in the new one show that mensage of drive error. Someone please help?

PS4 Controller device driver error on PC

On Windows 10, my PS4 controller can connect but the driver has an error. It is the Bluetooth HID Device under Human Interface Devices.

How can I fix this?

 

Generic USB control pad errors

I bought a generic USB gamepad. It looks like an XBox or PS4 controller. It has no labels on it so I can't get a specific driver for it, but Windows installed a driver automatically.

My problem is that Windows 10 doesn't configure the controller properly.

Using JoyToKey, I see it recognizes the right stick as button presses, the four buttons on the right side of the face of the controller.

I have tried reinstalling the driver, but to no avail.

Here is a pic of the controller. As I said, there are no labels on it, so I have no idea who the manufacturer is.

 

USB composite device "driver error"

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message? We suggest uninstalling and re-installing USB drivers and check if the issue persists. To do that, please follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
  
• Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click on the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click on
  Uninstall to remove it.
• Repeat these steps for the entire USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Restart the computer. Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.
