Windows 10: Driver failure

Hi There,
Purchased a new laptop MS Surface recently and uploaded Office 2016 from account.
System keeps crashing with following faults: Driver IRQL Not less or Equal with smaller text what failed: Digmms.

I have also seen: 'page book error' or similar. System collects information and then reboots. All data is lost.
Have reported a few times and last time Tech help were supposed to go on the line and then nothing. It doesn't help that system crashes again as working thru issue. Please any solutions???

the driver itself or power settings.

Failure to install drivers

Open an elevated command prompt, type the following commands, and then press
Enter.

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• sfc /scannow

If the issue persists, we suggest you to install the latest driver. Here's how:

• Select the Start
   button, type Device Manager,
  and select it from the list of results.
• Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select
  Update Driver Software.
  For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters
  category, right click your graphics card and select Update Driver Software.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
• If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open
Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the device, and select
Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

I suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1:

I suggest you to perform a Driver Roll Back so that the driver goes back to the previous state and check if the issue is resolved.

Steps:-

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device Manager.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Properties.
• Go to Driver tab.
• Select Roll Back Driver.

If you still face the issue, uninstall and reinstall the driver and check the status of the issue.



Method 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Steps to uninstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

• Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
• Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
• Search for the Graphics Card from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that
  and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.
