    canon printer mg 2920 and windows 10

    I have windows 10 and a new Canon printer MG 2920, which I am having problems setting up. It claims to be compatible to one another but none of the drivers work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

    Hi Pat,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    We understand how frustrating it could be and we appreciate that you tried to uninstall and re-install the navigator. However, let us try following the steps mentioned below to uninstall and re-install drivers and check.

    1. Uninstall MP Navigator EX.
    2. Run the command printui /s /t2 in search bar.
    3. Go to Drivers tab in the pop window.
    4. You would see list of drivers under Installed printer drivers.
    5. Select the Canon driver and click on
      Remove.
    6. Make sure to check the radio button next to
      Remove driver and driver package      .
    7. Then click OK > Yes.
    8. Go to Manufacturer website
      PIXMA MG6220       and download drivers.
    9. Try installing the same and then install MP Navigator EX.

    Canon MG 5140 printer scanning

    My Canon MG 5140printer used to scan without ink. Now it won't (or something else is the problem). It prints fine. Can you help?
