  1. Driver goes back by itself

Hello Microsoft today i experienced some weird stuff going on with my display driver Intel UHD Graphics *10th gen* .When i bought this laptop it had a 2020 driver and i ve updated it regulary until yesterday and my driver was up to date. Then suddenly today 6/22/2023 my laptop goes black screen and the next thing i knew was that i was on the 2020 driver. Why did this happen and how? I was watching some videos on youtube when this happened and I didnt know what is going on.Currently my problem its fixed i did a roll back and got back my latest driver without any issues. I also figured out why

    :)

  2. PC goes into black screen and froze

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

  3. Windows update reverted display to MS Basic Display Driver

    Hi,

Normally, this issue occurs when the drivers were being corrupted or updated after the recent update. Since you've already tried to install the latest driver, we suggest that you roll back to the previous driver and check if it helps to resolve the issue. To
do this, kindly follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Double-click the device for which you want to roll back to the previous version of the driver, and then click
      Properties.
    • Under the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver.
    • Select OK.

Let us know how it goes after performing the suggested steps.
