Windows 10: Driver installation failure

Hi, I have an Arduino Nano that needs the CH341 driver to work properly. I have already installed the driver on my windows 10 laptop and everything looks fine but when I try to install it on my main PC I always get "Driver install failure!". I tried installing it with and without the arduino plugged in and even tried with the windows device manager driver installer but I get the same error.The Arduino works fine and the ports on my pc works fine I already tried to use every USB port.Any help would be appreciated.

Failure to install drivers

Open an elevated command prompt, type the following commands, and then press
Enter.

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• sfc /scannow

If the issue persists, we suggest you to install the latest driver. Here's how:

• Select the Start
   button, type Device Manager,
  and select it from the list of results.
• Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select
  Update Driver Software.
  For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters
  category, right click your graphics card and select Update Driver Software.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
• If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open
Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the device, and select
Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.

 

I cant get drivers to install

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation
