Windows 10: Driver interruption Can’t be fixed

Yesterday, I talked with an advisor because of a problem with my keyboard & mouse working in BIOS but not OSI tried everything said by an advisor and nothing.I tried factory resseting but made it worse. Not im on a blue screen asking for timezone, language, keyboard language and can’t do nothing because they don’t workAn advisor told me to use an 8gb usb and another pc to install windows on the usb and put it on my pc, but I don’t have another one and need it asap.

Help with Hardware Interrupts

To use Krview, ignore any driver that is part of Windows or that is for the CPU idle thread.
inteppm is for the CPU idle thread, ignore it.
hal and ntkrnlpa are part of Windows, ignore them.
ati2mtag is the first one on the list that is elevated and relevant.
Find out what hardware interrupt it uses and then any device that shares this interrupt could be the problem. It might not be ati2mtag.
If its the video driver, can you use another card?
Putting the computer to sleep might reset things.

In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
driver and check. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Network adaptor.

Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

Now go to the manufacturer website of your
wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
wireless card and check.
