Windows 10: Driver is installed, but I cannot modify/uninstall/update it

    Driver is installed, but I cannot modify/uninstall/update it


    I updated to Windows 11 and I had a driver installed for a piece of equipment I've been using with my machine for over a year. The driver is present because I can still use the piece of equipment but I cannot remove the driver and reinstall it to make sure I have the latest edition from the driver provider. When I click to modify/repair the driver I get a message telling me:The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, [this doesn't work], or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ZOOM l-12 64.mis in

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Driver is installed, but I cannot modify/uninstall/update it :confused:

    Windows 7 wont install drivers

    i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
    Step 1
    reinstall windows from scratch
    Step 2
    install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
    Step 3
    update windows
    Step 4
    install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
    Step 5
    Install GPU drivers
    Step 6
    go back to using your pc without issue.
