Windows 10: "Driver is unavailable" message for printer. Cannot delete or re-add

Hello, I am trying to set up a new Epson EcoTank wireless printer on my laptop Windows 11, and it just says "Driver is unavailable underneath the name, and I cannot click on it, or right-click on it to remove the printer, nor can I add it again from the list of available printers.Thanks!

• Did you try to check if the printer driver's are shown in the device manager?

Let's try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and device
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to visit the manufacturer website of the printer and download and install the latest drivers and check if it helps.

Driver unavailable for my Epson XP-640 printer

Printer driver unavailable

Windows 10 (Add Printer and Scanner feature) recognize the printer on the wireless network. It's just that it is unable to install the printer driver. I get a "Driver is Unavailable" error message.
