Running Acer Veriton M4650G. Installed PCI card and received the following description in in the event log for the installation:

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver hssb.inf_amd64_7faf9aef0f0b2bd2 for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_141E&DEV_1002&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\5&10B0E370&0&0000E0 with the following status: 0x0.

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver wpdfs.inf_amd64_86b72dac27e0ea83\wpdfs.inf for Device Instance ID SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{C3845C8E-45E3-11E8-8060-001E90143FED}#0000000008100000 with the following status: 0x0.

Every time this happens a hard drive is disconnected from the system.

Set drive for better performance but after the above issue, reset to quick removal
