Windows 10: Driver One Support - Security

A Driver One Support Icon mysteriously appeared on my Task Bar. I have been having problems with Driver One since I upgraded to Win 10. The Icon looks like a horseshoe on its left side in white and the icon is on a blue background.

Does anyone know if it's safe to use this software? Is it from Microsoft? Thanks for the help.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to run hardware troubleshooter and let us know if that helps.

Type "Troubleshooting" in the
Windows Search bar and press Enter.

1. Click on "View All" in the top left corner.
2. This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. You can click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

Also I would suggest to check if there are any update pending with regard to drivers and to do so, please follow steps mentioned below.

1. Search for Device Manager in
   Windows search bar.
2. Click on Device Manager.
3. Check if there Yellow Exclamation Point in the list of drivers.

Make sure Windows is up to date.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
