Windows 10: DRIVER PACK

I use windows 8.1 on a Dell pc, I did an upgrade from os 7 to 8.1. But ever since I cant have access to devices [mobile phones] connected to the pc. They always show as unknown devise! And I have tried to fix it using driver pack solution but nothing has worked. Any help please !!PLEASE KINDLY IGNORE THE DEVICE IN THE DESCRIPTION, THE DEVICE AM USING MYSELF IS INFINIX HOT 8 LITE [X650]

IrfanView + Plugin Pack


I'd suggest IrfanView + Plugin Pack (I've used it for ~10 years).

It lets you:

• View images (multiple formats)
• View videos (multiple formats)
• Listen to audio (multiple formats)
• Read txt & pdf files (probably other types too)

It's is one of the first programs I install in my Windows OS installs.

 

Media feature pack

HI,

It could be due to a corrupted installation for Groove or the media pack.

I would suggest you uninstall & reinstall both or perform the following troubleshooting steps listed in this microsoft support article.

Trying to change display language but "No language pack available"

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to download the English language pack.
I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to download the language pack.

• 
  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Double click on Language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Double Click on English language.
  
• 
  Click on options on right hand side of the English language pack.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack.
