Windows 10: Driver Package Migration Error/Cannot Update Windows or Do In-Place Upgrade

I have had the following update KB5060999 hanging/fail for a few months. Unable to import task sequence for x64 to in-place upgrade to Windows 10 by task sequence.

Original Title: Windows 10 In-Place Upgrade

I am trying Windows-10 In-Place upgrade by downloading the task sequence from the below Microsoft website and following the steps as mentioned in the site (Below is the link which I am referring to )

I am able to successfully import the task sequence for Windowsx86, but when I am trying to import the same task sequence for x64, it's tries replace the exiting package (TS)

• Is it possible to rename the package name in the script, if possible please let me know how to do this
• After the windows10 migration, administrator account is disabled and not able to login to the system. What would be the solution for this ?

 

Troubleshoot Windows updates after an in place upgrade repair

Multiple troubleshooting steps had failed to fix net framework, scannow, and restorehealth problems.
And multiple in place upgrades failed.

Modifications were made on each in place upgrade.
The last one fixed the net framework, scannow, and restorehealth problems.

The computer is functioning normally now except for these 5 Windows updates.

Had the in place upgrade failed I was planning to custom install.
This requires reinstallation of drivers and applications.

With the last in place working I was considering another in place upgrade repair.

What repair methods are you suggesting that were not already performed after the last in place upgrade repair?

 

In-place upgrade from ISO failed in SAFE_OS Phase 0xc1900101-0x20017

A couple of suggestions: 1) run chkdsk c: before you upgrade 2) turn off AV package 3) Uninstall onedrive before attempting upgrade, and reinstall afterward - does not affect online stored data (use free up space option as well). This assumes you are using files on demand. 4) delete all restore points.
