    It is possible that the error Driver Power State Failure you received is can be caused by
    the driver itself or power settings.
    To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps shared by S M Mahmudul Hasan
    on this thread on how to troubleshoot Driver Power State
    Failure.

    Hi Michelle,

    Based on the details provided, the error "Driver power state failure" is due to incompatible driver. Were you able
    to access your PC? If you do, we recommend that your display adapter and check if there are any changes. To update your display adapter, follow these steps:


    • Right-click
      on the
      Start menu
      and choose
      Device Manager.

    • Expand
      Display adapters,
      right-click
      on your
      graphic driver, and choose
      Properties.

    • Under
      Driver tab, click on
      Update Driver.

    • After updating,
      restart
      your PC and monitor for any changes.

    If the issue persists, kindly
    update the driver manually
    by downloading the latest driver update available in your manufacturer's website and install it.

    The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

    I suggest you to install the available updates through Windows Update. To check for updates, please follow these steps.

    • Press Windows key and type Check for updates.
    • Click on Check for updates and install the available updates.

    I also suggest you to update all the drivers on your Windows 10 computer.
