Windows 10: Driver power state failure blue screen during turn on

Hello ,when I turn on my computer the blue screen driver power state failure appears so I can't even enter the system for repairs,this happened after I updated the Nvidia graphics,one time Yesterday it turn in normally so I updated the Intel with the corresponding drivers , and now it gives me the blue screen again, it seems the Intel driver update and the Nvidia graphics update didn't work or maybe the Nvidia update was the one who made the blue screen appeared because the blue screen started when I updated Nvidia,now I can't use mi laptop,i try to enter in safe mode and it doesn't work eith
