    Hello,I just got a Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 2023 yesterday and soon after i activate the windows I get a blue screen that says "driver Power State Failure." I updated all my drivers after that and use Microsoft memory diagnostic tool, hoping that would resolve the issue but it still persists.Even the smallest function will cause blue screen - when i use the file explorer, opens one google chrome tab. attached is the minidump zip of the laptophttps://connectpolyu-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/personal/16072171d_connect_polyu_hk/Documents/Minidump.zip?csf=1&web=1&e=RivC5a

    DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE

    I have tried to follow instructions to solve DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE and to this point I find a lot of these 'experts' suggest doing things which are beyond the usual user level. This failure came on suddenly and even though I can log on the failure occurs each time. If possible PLEASE provide an easy to follow help. Someone suggested there may be a problem with the power supply. Is this possible?

    Fortunately I have other computers to use.
