Windows 10: Driver Power State Failure + Wifi Adaptor issues

For the last few months, I've been getting Driver power state Failure blue screen errors in addition to Wifi adaptor being disabled at regular intervalsI used BlueScreenView and it found ntoskrnl.exe to be the culprit of it. Then I used WinDbg for the analysis. BSOD Driver power state failure

Hi,
Thanks in Advance . Recently, I started experiencing frequent crashes of my wifi as in my wifi network goes off and there would not be any visible networks . The problem gets fixed by trouble shooting or sometimes i have to disable and reenable my wireless driver Also, I started getting BSOD for "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE" and I assumed it was a power settings issue and changed to maximum performance. Today I got another BSOD for the same issue. My guess is that it has to do something with my wireless drivers.
Any help or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!!

 

Cannot install Windows 10 due to wifi adaptor

Thank you for posting your response.

As you have stated that your computer is stuck in the splash screen after the first boot, I would suggest that you power down your computer and then restart the system and check. To do so follow the steps below.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

if you roll back to the previous Window, you can also try to install the latest drivers for your wifi adaptor and check if it helps you proceed with the installation. The above issue that you are facing is due to the wifi adaptor, and I recommend that
you contact the manufacturer of the device that is Broadcom to check for compatibility.
