Windows 10: Driver problem who can't seem to have a solution

Hey everyone. I have a problem with my realtek Bluetooth and Wifi drivers. They keep disappearing. When i go to the Device Manager it always gives me the same error: Code 45, device is not connected. I tried to uninstall and reinstall them countless times, windows won't reinstall them automatically and even manually, from 2 weeks on, the installation process, after blocking completely the window where the installer is located for a really long time (sometimes even 2 or 3 hours) (it always happens before the "this app is not on the store, install it anyways?" banner), closes itself in the middle of the run without completing the task. When i succeed however they work for 2/3 weeks and then they disappear again. What should i do?

Please help me, i need to use my wifi and bluetooth.

On top of that i also think i'm getting hacked but someone on another sub told me that it's probably not the case, but that's a topic for another sub.

It could be a problem with the monitors OSD chip.

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
