    hi All,I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen 2,I replace the SSD, it came with pre-installed win 10 HomeEverything works normal, until I upgrade to Win 11.Keyboard & TrackPoint cannot be usedI have tried:- update driver, unninstal/install device, disable/enable device- windows update- sfc /scannow- go to driver download page on LENOVO websiteNone of them workedFYI, my BIOS is locked, and I don't have the password Please helpThankyou

    Hi Henrik,

    For us to isolate the issue and better assist you regarding your concern, we would like to ask some additional information:

    • Does it happen every time you use video call on Skype?
    • Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Have you tried updating any drivers?

    Device not migrated

    Hi, lots of results if you search for
    device not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match

    - suggest uninstalling the root hubs and let them reinstall on reboot.

    Did this occur after a Windows update was applied? (See Update History).

    USB Device not migrated after window update

    Hi,

    Your external hard drive or flash drive may not work properly after an update due to driver compatibility issues. To rectify such concern, we suggest that you roll back your driver using the steps below:

    • Start Device Manager.
    • Select Universal Serial Bus controllers, then double-click on the device that's having an issue.
    • Go to the Driver tab, then click the Roll
      Back Driver button.

    Let us know if that addressed your concern.
