    Plustek A300 Windows 10 software becomes unresponsive after Windows 10 updates

    We have two Plustek A300 scanners which have consistently worked perfectly with the compatible software provided by Plustek, after previous Windows OS upgrades.

    However, since upgrading to Windows 10 and uploading the compatible software from Plustek (V6.0.0.0) the scanners become unresponsive after a period of time, which appears to correspond with windows updates. The only solution offered by Plustek is to uninstall
    all other printers from the computers before re-installing the software. This appears to work temporarily, but after a period of time the same issue occurs.

    Obviously this is not an ideal situation for a busy working environment so could anyone suggest a more permanent solution please?

    Is anyone using HP PSC 2610 in Windows 10?

    I just checked HP's site and they didn't list drivers for the 2610 However, they did list a driver for a 2510. I believe I would try that one and see if it will work. If it doesn't, you can always uninstall the driver.

    PC suite not for 2610, WHY?

    Do you mean that, that spending 35 Euro (for commercial software)will lead me strait to the destroy of my 2610?

    It is officially listed on supported models of commercial software i mentioned before Why can't be same with Nokia PC suite-is it a rocket science?

    When i bought 2610 had no idea that it will have less connect options than my old 6210
