Windows 10: Driver update installs driver that needs; equires further installation.

Arduino IDE ver. 2.1.1 and Arduino IDE ver. 1.8.18 can't talk to a USB-SERIAL CH340 COM4 after Windows 11 update. Updated driver and Event log indicates;Device USB\VID_1A86&PID_7523\6&13ec46dd&0&1 requires further installation.Uninstall driver, restart computer and Event log indicates;Device USB\VID_1A86&PID_7523\6&13ec46dd&0&1 requires further installation.Any suggestions?

Driver Update/install

Ok, so let me get the basics down first.

1st delete the old driver(software or one by one)
2nd Install new drivers from download
3rd test new drivers

Reboot after steps 1 & 2?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
