    My computer keeps crashing randomly when I am browsing the web on chrome with mostly the driver irql not less or equal error. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and this has been happening ever since. My PC specs are: Processor- Intel Pentium G2030, RAM-4gb, no graphics card.I have also tried replacing the ram and it didnt seem to work so I dont think the problem is in ram.One way I have found to replicate this issue is through running a speedtest on speedtest.net and then immediately switching to some other tab. I also seem to be getting slowed down internet speeds ever since the upgrade, the

    Hi Seung,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused by BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys).

    Please let us know the make/model of your computer.

    The L1C63x64.sys is the Atheros LAN driver and I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Atheros LAN driver but install the latest Atheros LAN driver by visiting the manufacture's website and avoid using any LAN driver available though Windows Update.

    However the problem could also be with any VPN software and other software so make sure you have the latest version of each of these software.

    If the errors continue uninstall the VPN software and check if the issue persist.

    Hello,

    My girlfriend brought a BSOD to my attention while she was on my computer today. She was watching YouTube videos and playing some games on Facebook Apps when she got the BSOD. The information she gave me was directly from the screenshot of the error information
    which is stated below.

    driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

    ERROR: e2xw10x64.sys

    Any idea of what caused this?
