Windows 10: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal windows 10 dxgmms2.sys ERROR and began fixes.

After running some fixes including the sfc scan now command as well as the DISM clean up, I ran the memory diagnostic tool and restarted my PC. I should mention that the SFC scan did day it found and repaired something but I had no idea how to read those logs. Anyways, upon restarting I got a "Fixing C: Stage 4: 11% etc message. This is a first for me. Is stage 4 worse than 1-3? Pretty worried. On a side note, whenever I bump my PC or jimmy the USB ports in the back, more specifically the one my Scarlett i8i20 external is plugged into, my sound cuts out.
