Windows 10: driver_pnp_watchdog

My HP ALL_IN_ONE was accidentally unplugged during gaming and would not turn back on. The sign in window continually circled and would not restart, so I did a hard restart and it requested my BitLocker keys. After entering the codes, it goes to automatic repair, but then gives a message: YOUR DEVICE RAN INTO A PROBLEM SAND NEEDS TO RESTART. WE'LL DO THIS FOR YOU" and gives www.windows.com/stopcode DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG. Nothing works, so I restared using the escape keys and ran all the tests. They all pass. I trid to go into F11 for restore, but it says, "please wait" and then times out an

DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG When updating to version 2004

I have a Dell XPS 15 from 2016. I tried to update to version 2004, but every time it just keeps giving me a stop screen with the stop code DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG .

Hello,

Today I tried updating to the latest version of Windows 1803 and a BSOD saying DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG appeared after 42% of the installation was complete. After the failed attempt it rolled back to previous version of the OS.

My current version is 1703 (I can't update to 1709 due to a different error).

After some research I've found that there maybe be a key to a solution in a file named setupmem.dmp located in C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Rollback.

I don't know how to view this type of file but I can provide a link to it on Google Drive.

STOP CODE: DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG

I have been trying to install the update 1809 but when my computer was restarting, the Blue screen of Death appeared with a code "STOP CODE: DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG". However, I pressed the power button then and my computer restarted normally with an announcement
in the "Checks for updates" : failed to update. How can I fix it ? Thank you so much!
