Windows BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE FAILURE

I understand that you are receiving Blue Screen error on your computer with DRIVER_POWER_STATE FAILURE. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug check has a value of 0x0000009F. This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state. For more information, see
Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.



I have analyzed the dump files shared by you and found that the Blue Screen error is caused by pci.sys file. The pci.sys is a driver file for NT Plug and Play PCI Enumerator.



I would suggest you to install all the pending Windows Updates on the computer and check if that helps. To check for updates, go to
Start >> Settings >> Update & Security >> Windows Update >> Check for updates.



I would also suggest you to install the latest chipset drivers from the computer manufacturer’s website.




If you need help in downloading the chipset drivers, please reply us with the make and model of the computer and we will certainly help you.

[BSOD] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x0EF - 'ntoskrnl,exe'  

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.
