    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 9f: pci.sys - Windows 11 - DMP


    Good afternoon, I'm working on a Windows 11 machine that was recently built and has an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X and AMD 7800XT. The user is reporting semi-regular machine restarts with Critical Kernel-Power events at each restart. I was given the dump files which I've linked here: 052924-10265-01.zipI'm new to using WinDbg so I can't really tell what I'm looking for. Best I can guess is something with the pci.sys driver, but I want to be sure before I get the machine from the user and try to remedy the issue. Thanks in advance!

    Hello, i have been get DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bluescreens in this last 3 days. I cant get it fixed. I would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

    [Windows 11] BSOD of DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)

    Hi,

    There are BSOD of DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) events on my laptop (w/ Windows 11 Pro 21H2 installed).

    I have called supports from Lenovo but got no help ( no hardware related problems were detected ).

    Here are my minump files , please help me, thanks.
