Windows 10: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE in Windows 11

Hello there. Please help me solve the problem.Laptop: ASUS Vivobook S15 S3502ZAProcessor: Intel i5 12500H 2.50 GhzGraphics: Intel Iris Xe GraphicsRAM & SSD: 16gb ddr4, 512 ssdI started facing this issue yesterday, it worked fine before that. When I run an application or a game I get a black screen and the application freezes and after few seconds the application or game closes/quits by itself and returns to desktop. Few seconds after this I get a blue screen saying the device has run into problem. Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and the system restarts itself.Blue Screen Image:http

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE in windows 11

Hi,
after updating to win 11 I keep getting BSODs with the message "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE", especially when I am using video-call software such as zoom or microsoft teams. Any hint?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

However, please let us know:

• When exactly do you receive the Blue Screen error?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?

The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error occurs when the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state. You may want to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Remarks section of the
article Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
and see if that helps.



Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting
from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
