    Drivers and Codec errors

so i realized recently that I dont have both of my drivers installed for my pc in display adapters. There is only 1 driver when I have 2 monitors. As soon as this happened I started getting the codec error message 0xc00d36b4 when i try to play videos. I have tried a lot of stuff to fix it and I dont know where the second display adapter driver is but its gone now and is also causing my monitor screens to go black when I try to view the driver. I dont know how to get the driver back as it is an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 driver but I cannot find the driver anywhere online. Please help i record vid

    :)

58 Error dialogs from app when HEVC Video Extension Window Store codec is installed.

    Hi Kraig,

You might be experiencing this issue because of corrupted codec files. To help us identify the cause of this error, we would like to know the following information:

    • Which app are you using to open and play your media files?
    • Have you installed any codec packs on your computer?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you download and install the
    official Codec packs from Microsoft
. These packs can correct problems experienced with previously-downloaded codecs.

We look forward to your reply.
