Windows 10: Drivers for Mecer Z140c-xpress-s mylife notebook

Hey beautiful people. So I have a mecer z140c-xpress-s which came with windows 10 preinstalled and recently had to downgrade to w8.1 for performance issues. Now I'm stuck, I can't find graphics and WiFi drivers. Opted to download w10 drivers from official site but for the first time in my life I'm failing to Install they are unlike anything I have ever seen before. Another thing is Display Adapters is not showing on Device Manager, so I can't even manually update. It's a bit too much now. FYI generic graphics are present, can even play all media freely, just not heavy tasks. Your help would

I have a Mecer Z140C-Xpress+ Windows 11. It is Just showing the When Mecer Log When l Switch it on and it can't access the Automatic window repair. What Should l do?

 

mecer Z140C - Xpress F+ notebook no audio device is installed issue

hi i have a mecer Z140C - Xpress F+ notebook. i recently a new HDD along with windows 11 os. but now for some reason it cant detect the internal audio device or its speakers. as a result it shows no audio device installed. i tried updating the drivers but that does not solve the issue. and also if i connect a wireless or external device for audio i have no problem
