Windows 10: Drivers for usb host controllers on windows 10 pro

I have windows 10 pro and my USB host controllers may have went out so i searched and think i found the correct link to the drivers i need {not 100% sure if anyone knows plz send link ,ty} on the Microsoft site but when i click the link to download , it pops up a small window that is black and says " about blank #blocked' **** does that mean and how can i fix ith. i also need the drivers to dwnload can some one please help t mean and how can i get the drivers for my pc as i need it to be able to access my flash drives to be able to retrieve all of my school work that's been due... ty in adv

Windows 10 Pro upgrade but have issue with Reneses Electronic USB 3.0 Host Controller

OS: Windows 10 Pro upgrade

Hardware: Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller -- Two SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports.

Prior to upgrading, my Windows 7 Pro and Reneses Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller had no issues whatsoever. After upgrading to Windows 10 Pro, the Device Manager shows an exclamation point on my Reneses USB 3.0 Host Controller. I clicked on Update
Driver but the result was "the driver is up to date". I uninstalled the device and reloaded the driver from my Windows 7 Pro but still the exclamation point shows up on the device. I clicked on Troubleshooting and it showed the issue with the Reneses Electronics
USB 3.0 Host Controller and applied the fix but it could not fix it.

Is there a fix for this issue at this time or should I expect a fix when Windows 10 Pro updates roll out?

I suggest you to start the Portable Device Enumerator Service and check if it helps.

Method 1: Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + R from the Keyboard.
• Type services.msc and hit Enter.
• Search for Portable Device Enumerator Service.
• Double click on Portable Device Enumerator Service and click on
  Start button.
• Click on the dropdown list and set the Startup type to
  Automatic.

If the issue persists try next method.

Method 2: Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshooter and check.

• Press the Windows + X, and click on
  Search.
• Type troubleshooting and select Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound and select Hardware and Devices and click on
  Next to run the troubleshooter

Method 3:
Update USB Controllers.

To update the USB Controllers from Device Manager follow these steps.

• Go to Device manager in control panel.
• Select Device manager and a Device Manager window will pop-up.
• Double Click on USB Controllers to expand.
• Right click on the USB Controllers that is listed and select Update.

Windows 10 Pro upgrade but have issue with Reneses Electronic USB 3.0 Host Controller

Reloaded the original driver and rebooted and plugged in my external drive and it works now. Checked the driver for the USB 3.0 and showed Renesas Electronics v. 2.0.34.0 dated 2/10/2011. Whatever update that was loaded during the reboot ... I didn't notice
it but it works now.

This issue is resolved ... for now.
