Windows 10: Drivers missing under 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' in Device Manager

Hi,I was always hearing noise no matter what headphone I plug in to my dell laptop running win1124H2, assuming it's sampling rate issue, so I decided to uninstall all 3 drivers under 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' in Device Manager. I remembered one called cirrus logic high definition audio driver, the other 2 like USB driver or something I forgot. Now the weird thing happened, after uninstalling those 3 devices and restart, 3 new drivers appeared under 'unknown devices' in device manager, which are BT Sideband device, Intel High Definition Audio and USB device, now no drivers under 'So

Sound, video and game controller missing from device manager. No audio output device installed. This came to light after Windows update. Can't go back to a previous version as time expired. Laptop reset but issue remains.

Any suggestions please?

 

No Audio Driver Detected and No Sound, Video, and Game Controller tab in device manager.

I just got this laptop recently, it's Windows 11 and right now it's saying that my laptop has detected no audio output and input drivers. Tried to fix it in the device manager but the supposedly sound, video, and game controller is non-existent. It doesn't show any tab regarding audio. I tried the legacy hardware install but it errors too. I attached the screenshot below. What else can I do to download the audio driver and get my sounds back? Basically, I tried every step provided in the Microsoft support list to fix it but nothing changed.

Hi Sachin, thanks for this. Unfortunately the only system restore point on offer is from after the problem started. I tried it but no change - still no class of 'sound video and games controllers' in my device manager and no way to update the drivers.
Any other ideas?
