Windows 10: Drivers Not Loading

Good afternoon


I am running Windows 10 Home 64 bit fully updated. I wish to use a USB video capture dvice with my laptop. I have tried three different devices from three different manufacturers. Software loading has been followed correctly for each device. However, even though each piece of software has reported as having been corrctly installed on my machine for all three devices, either from the provided cd, or by download, none of the drivers has appeared in Device Manager, and the USB capture devices have not appeared when plugged in. All other USB devices satnav, card readers, memory sticks, body cams, etc which have been plugged into my machine have been recognized.


What is the problem, and how can I fix it? Many thanks.

mp3 player is in FAT / FAT32 format ?

Set Boot up first to the drive with hiren bootcd 10.4

the options will pop out after loading the disc choose

boot cd

then the list (step by step)

Next...
Dos....
USB Drivers....
Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........

 

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
