    Hello!

Has anyone got an answer to this odd problem, please?

I have bought a new barebones pc and loaded Windows10 two days ago.

I have left it running since I loaded it just to make sure it's ok.

The pc has two HDD's and USB HDD.

The problem is the second HDD and the USB HDD keep opening themselves at random times.

For example: I was writing a document in word, I got the sound of the pc seeing a usb drive and then the contents of the second HDD and the USB appeared on the screen, in turn. I closed them all down and then continued, but it is very frustrating.

    Cheers.

    :)

Save RAW drive - Don't want data

Open Admin command prompt, then type:
    1. diskpart
    2. list disk ======> Take note of disk # of the RAW drive
    3. select disk # ======> is the number in step 2
    4. clean
    5. exit
Open Disk Management and initialize it, Create Simple, format.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. Drives opening :)

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
