Windows 10: Drop Down menu not working on 2nd monitor, Windows 10

I recently got a second monitor and noticed that the dropdown menu doesn't appear on the 2nd monitor, only the main monitor. I have lived with it for a month and it's getting to deal with. the problem has been there from the beginning. I don't know how to fix this and google is not helping much.

I have everything updated. also here's the size of my monitors.

1st monitor is 3840x2160
2nd monitor is 1920x1080

I'm not tech-savvy so I'm sorry if it's a simple answer to fix this.

2nd monitor not working

Hi Michael,

One possible reason why your 2nd monitor is not working is graphics driver issue. For further assistance with this, we'd like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue (e.g. Windows updates)?
  
• What is the make and model of your graphics card?

Color Display on 2nd monitor

I am using Windows 10 on a Dell laptop with a 2nd monitor which has been working fine. For some unknown reason I have suddenly lost the full color range on the 2nd monitor. I don't know if I have changed some setting by accident or what. I have tried
resetting the defaults but that didn't change anything on the 2nd monitor. The primary screen on the laptop continues to work fine. Any suggestions what needs to be done to restore the full color range on monitor #2?

 

drop down menu opening on a different monitor

Everytime the pop up menu opens from a drop down list it is on my other monitor. I can't find a setting to adjust in either windows or the Actual Multiple Monitors software. Any ideas of how to fix this?
