Windows 10: Drop in VRAM CLK - from 9001mhz to 405mhz

Good afternoon,So I've been encountering a series of probably connected issues with my Dell XPS 9730 laptop. Specs are the foot of this message.Apologies for the long description, I want to be sure the complete device update history is included, in terms of changes from before the problem first occurred and any progressive changes, which may help someone much more knowledgeable than me to identify the root cause of the user experience - frame "stutter" during gaming from 60fps to 1fps.What is the ultimate root cause, which maybe creating a chain reaction from the root cause to the user exp

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

App is listed in registry open with list but is not displayed w/rt clk

The space isn't a problem. I notice that it the program only runs on 64bit systems so maybe it could be something to do with that.

You could try it I suppose. Right click and run as administrator. You'd need to navigate the options like this:

 

Can't get favorites from edge to chrome, and missing drop-down menus

So in IE, ya click the star, and there was the list of favorites to click on. Is there some steps I can eliminate, or is this how Chrome really does it.....dots/bookmarks/imported/imp. from IE/then clk on your favorite?

And does anybody know how I get those 5 or 6 words with the dropdown menus at upper left?
